📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Processing time includes:

  • Order verification

  • Quality check

  • Packaging

  • Handoff to our shipping partner

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


🌏 Shipping Times

We ship using trusted international and local courier partners.

Estimated shipping times:

  • Australia: 7–15 business days

  • New Zealand: 8–18 business days

  • United States / Canada: 8–20 business days

  • United Kingdom / Europe: 10–25 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–30 business days

Please note: Shipping times vary depending on demand, seasonal volume, customs clearance, and courier delays. These are estimates, not guarantees.


📮 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email within 3–5 days.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

📦 Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages to speed up delivery.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.


📍 Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
Profitalis Auto is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 12 hours at:

and we will attempt to update it before processing.


🌐 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes based on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.


💨 Delayed or Lost Packages

While rare, delays can happen due to carrier issues or customs.

We will assist you in tracking delayed packages, but Profitalis Auto is not responsible for delays outside our control.

If your package appears lost, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

If the tracking indicates delivery but you did not receive your item, please check:

  • Front door / side door

  • Neighbours

  • Local post office
